Opening Hours and Closure

March 1 to Oct.31	9:30 to 17:00
Nov.1 to the end of Feb.	9:30 to 16:00

Closure：Dec.31 to Jan.1 and Mondays

＊ If a holiday falls on a Monday, the park will be opened that day and closed the following weekday.

＊ During the Golden Week holidays (Apr 27–May 6) and summer vacation (Jul 20–Aug 31), the park opens on Mondays.

＊ If a holiday falls on a Monday or a Monday falls between two holidays, the park will still be open on that Monday.

＊ The Satoyama Zone in the Horigane＆Hotaka Region will be closed from November 1st to the end of February.

The yearly pass can be used at other national government-managed parks.

Note

＊ Tickets and yearly passes can be used in both Horigane & Hotaka region and Omachi & Matsukawa region.

＊ Visitors with mental or physical disabilities may enter the park for free upon providing proof of their condition at the gate.

Gathering plants or insects.
Using anything flammable such as gas / oil cooktops, fireworks, etc.
The use of bicycles, unicycles, skateboards, or other such ridden vehicles.
Smoking within the park. Smoking areas are set up outside of the entry gates.
Making a sound or playing music at high volume.
Feeding wild animals.
Any activity that may threaten the safety of other visitors or otherwise prevent them from using the park facilities as they normally would.

Any manner of gun or blade (including model guns, wooden or bamboo swords, etc.)
Flammable goods (fireworks, gunpowder, gas goods excluding lighters)
Items for either baseball or golf (excluding plastic bats and balls)
Bicycles (including unicycles and other forms of wheeled vehicles)
Roller skates and skateboards (including in-line skates)
Drones or radio-controlled objects
Boomerangs, bows and arrows, and slingshots
Large tents, beach parasols (these are permitted at the Omachi and Matsukawa Area’s day campsite locations)
Karaoke or other musical instruments (including speakers, etc.)
Glass bottles
Boats / canoes
Any other item that may disturb other visitors
