○40 min. from Azumino Interchange on Nagano Expressway
○15 min. by taxi from Shinanoomati Stn. or Shinanomatukawa Stn. on JR Oito Line

＊When Monday is a national holiday , the park is open, and closes on the following day instead.
The park is open every day during Golden Week（usually from Apr 29－May 5）and summer holidays（from Jul 20－Aug 31）

＊“Group”means more than 20 visitors who are school-age children or older.

＊A person with a physical disability handbook or a welfare handbook for the mentally challenged is exempt from admission by showing a handbook,and one attendant is also exempt from admission.

＊Person over 65 years old has to present ID（driver’s license, health insurance card,etc.）

＊Annual Pass is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Alps Azumino National Government Park is a green park that makes good use of the rich natural environment of Alumina in Shinshu. Its theme is the realization of fruitful free time activities in nature and culture

Omachi ＆ Matsukawa Region

■Information Center

We guide information parks and surrounding areas.
There is “the museum of forest” and “the cube theater”.
You can enjoy works with the theme of nature and learn Azumino.

■Highland Trail

This is the tallest walkway in the park, about six meters from the ground.
You can see the forest in the same sight as a bird.

■Wood Experience House

Various tools and materials are ready for you to experience craftwork.
You can also experience cooking with local ingredients.

■Playing House

The whole building is playground equipment for children.
You can use it as a resting place.

■Forest Kids Athletic

The athletic like the hiding place spreading out in a forest. You will enjoy various items.

■Restaurant “Dining table of the Northern Alps”

The maximum capacity is 100 people; specialties of the restaurant include Dam-curry, use curry to resemble Kurobe Dam.
You can also relax while looking at the forest.
